Nourish.eu has developed a range of educational tools to assist the stimulation of Healthy & Creative Food Regions across Europe. The biggest challenges facing the EU food sector are obesity and food poverty but these are also commercial opportunities to develop healthy and affordable foods.

Nourish.eu tackles these two challenges by assisting Food SMEs across the EU to innovate to develop healthier, affordable food and new food distribution channels; by developing their professional capacity and skills base to innovate/orchestrate change in the development, production & marketing of “healthier food”.
